How bookings work.

Booking deposit

50% non-refundable to secure your date.

Final payment

Due 14 days before the event.

Accepted payment

Credit cards (3% surcharge), Zelle, ACH, or check (must clear 7 days before the event).

Cancellation policy

• 60+ days before the event: full refund minus $200 admin fee.
• 30–59 days before: 50% deposit forfeited.
• Less than 30 days: full payment due.
• Force-majeure clause covers venue closures, government restrictions, and severe weather.

Quote validity

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
