Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Proper Pour Co. website and the services offered through it. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

About Our Services

Proper Pour Co. is a dry-hire mobile bartending service based in Murrieta, California. We provide professional bartenders, mobile bar setup, consultation, custom cocktail menu design, and shopping-list planning. We do not sell, supply, stock, or transport alcohol; clients purchase all alcoholic beverages directly from licensed retailers.

Estimates and Quotes

Any estimate generated by the quote calculator is a planning tool only and is not a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after consultation and signed contract.

Bookings, Deposits, and Cancellations

  • Bookings require a signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit.
  • The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
  • Our minimum engagement is 4 hours. Additional hours are billed at the rate listed in your contract.
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the signed contract.

Client Responsibilities

  • Purchase all alcohol using the shopping list we provide, from a licensed retailer.
  • Ensure the event venue meets applicable local laws, including any alcohol, noise, and occupancy rules.
  • Confirm all guests being served alcohol are 21 or older. Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion.

Website Use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it. Content on the site is owned by Proper Pour Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Information on the site is for planning purposes only and may change.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proper Pour Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
